Who Can POUND?
POUND is a cardio jam session that will make you sweat, smile, and see exercise in a whole new light. Anyone over the age of 14 is welcome to join this class!
POUND is for ALL ability and fitness levels. There are modifications available for individuals looking for low-impact and those wanting to really elevate heart rate.
What to Expect?
Wondering what to your POUND Rockout Workout experience will be like if you join my POUND Posse?
Class is 45 minutes and once we get started we just keep going! Most of the tracks are done from a standing position but there are a couple tracks that are done sitting or lying on the floor. Shoes are optional - I prefer going barefoot. Shoes with a lot of tread are not recommended as they make transitions more difficult.
You will need to bring your own yoga mat but I provide the Ripstix! Don't forget your water bottle!
