If you and yours exchange gifts for the holidays, consider adding some fitness toys to your list. While I don’t have a lot of fitness equipment in my home, I have a few great pieces that take up little to no space, which is a top priority when it comes to working out at home!
Some of my favorites include:
Yoga Block: Can be used with difficult poses and helps improve stability.
Pilates Ball: Great for challenging the abs, low-back, adductors (inner thighs), and obliques.
Flat Resistance Band: Can help with stretching or toning.
I put together a Pinterest board with my favorite in-home fitness essentials across the web. If you travel for work, or even a holiday, a lot of these can be thrown in a suitcase or carry-on for a hotel room workout! Who said toys are just for kids? If I get to sit on Santa’s lap this year, I’m asking for a new yoga mat!
