With Thanksgiving around the corner, I’m sure you’re thinking about all the delicious food you will be cooking, sharing, and eating. Instead of stressing out about how many extra calories you’ll be consuming, pencil in a workout or two throughout the holiday weekend to make sure you’re burning some of them off!
A couple weeks ago I attended a conference in Ft. Lauderdale and was staying on the ninth floor of the hotel. I vowed to take the stairs all week and stuck to it with only two exceptions: checking in and out with my luggage. I was amazed at what a great cardio workout I got just by working something in to my daily routine. This kind of planted the seed for my latest workout video: Holidays Happen Stair Challenge!
