My workout videos are back! It has been a couple months since I’ve posted one of these and I plan to continue posting more frequently now that I’m learning to use iMovie. Learning new skills such as putting videos together reminds me that exercising the brain is just as important as the body.
Triceps are one of my least favorite muscle groups to work; however, the tricep pushup combined with extended child’s pose is one of my favorite exercises. It is the perfect combination of challenging and fatiguing a muscle group with a little rest and relaxation between reps. Without further ado, the tricep challenge!
