Give the Gift of POUND!

Still don’t know what to give that special someone for Christmas this year? Have you considered the gift of POUND? No, NOT Pound Cake, but POUND, the Rockout Workout! As you know, I’ve been teaching this class for almost two years and it’s given life back to my workout routine! If you’re like me and have a lifting, running, Pilates or yoga, and occasional cross-training routine but don’t veer too far off track, POUND is the perfect workout for you and maybe a friend or two! I teach this class once a week (sometimes I wish more!) and it’s the perfect mix up for my mind and body.

I know that as the holidays approach the last thing I want or need is more stuff for my living space. Having been through a big move the latter part of the year, I know all too well how much we accumulate in life, most of it being things with little to no meaning or value. From my observations, all the stuff I had collected over the years took up not just a lot of space physically but also emotionally. So what better gift to give than the gift of experience! Treat yourself (because you can get yourself a gift!) or a friend to the gift of fitness and wellness and fun!
