I’ve been away for a while but I’m back and more than ready to start POUNDing this fall with West Des Moines Community Schools! If you are a faithful follower of Hello Wellness you know that my recent fitness passion is POUND Rockout Workout. For the past 18 months I’ve been working really hard on this new fitness format and am super excited to say I have gotten many people hooked on POUND!
My latest class is ready for registration! Join me on Saturday mornings (9:30 AM) starting October 17 in West Des Moines at Jordan Creek Elementary. POUND is 60 minutes of fabulous fun and you only need three things: a yoga mat, a bottle of water, and a smile on your face!
Here are four reasons you should sign up for my class at Jordan Creek Elementary this fall:
1. We were featured on the news last winter as the WHO Channel 13 Workout of the Week! That means two things: this workout is newsworthy and chances are you won’t be on the news this fall!
2. There are SO MANY new ab and booty tracks that we will do this time around! I love the Soulja Boy Crank That ab track! Yes, I’ll bring back some of my favorites (Turn Me On, Shipping up to Boston, and Faint to name a few) but there’s a lot of new moves and tracks in the catalog!
3. You will sweat but it will be the best kind of sweat – fun, fast, and fabulous! This workout is so much fun you will forget you are working out!
4. This is such a short commitment so it’s perfect for you to try something new. If you love it, you’ve got several classes to look forward to. If it’s not your thing the investment in time and money isn’t so much that you are at a loss. I have a hunch the latter won’t be a factor but if it is, no hurt feelings here!
