My latest workout post is a favorite go-to crunch series I do at the end of my fitness classes when I find that I have a minute or two left before I need to cool my participants down. I don’t remember where I got this idea, it was probably a magazine, but I remember it was called the windshield wiper crunch. It actually makes sense once you get going. Don’t worry, you’ll know what I mean when you do my short, two-minute video!
On a side note, a rainstorm for Des Moines would be greatly appreciated. My yard is dead, my allergies are alive, and I’d love to use my real windshield wipers real soon.
