Red, White, or Blue Challenge?

It’s Wednesday which means the 4th is tomorrow already! I decided to go all out and do a Red, White, or Blue workout challenge just for you! It’s pretty simple: you choose the level of intensity: red is advanced, white intermediate, and blue beginner. If you’re super ambitious you can do all three! remember, little bouts of exercise do add up and holidays are times when we probably could use a little extra movement, right?
