Stars & Stripes Challenge


It’s the beginning of a holiday week and that means food, fun, friends, and family will be in abundance, or so I hope! Because we sometimes fall off the workout wagon during the holidays, I thought I’d give you a short challenge do to each day this week – Monday through Friday! This three minute video is harder than it looks so give it a chance and feel less guilty about that missed workout or extra serving of potato salad this 4th of July.
