Workout: Froggie Planks


Do you get bored with forearm planks? Are you running out of ideas for your obliques, or the muscles along the outside of your abdominals? If you answered yes to either or both of those questions then this video is for you! Here you’ll find two challenging and effective exercises to incorporate into your core routine! Oh, and in case you’re wondering, yes, my pants are hot pink. When I first wore these to work a lot of people made jokes about needing sunglasses in order to be in the same room as me. My response: “I’m just here to brighten your day!”
