Do you have a favorite brand of athletic shoe? Do you have old shoes that you no longer need? Sometimes I like to do inventory and take extra shoes to the local homeless shelter. Remember, every 500 miles you should be replacing worn shoes. Replacing worn shoes can help with performance and will help prevent injuries.
