I’m having some friends over tomorrow and wanted to make something that was simple, tasty, and healthy. I really like Indian food and Raita is sometimes served to help counterbalance some of the cuisine’s spicier dishes.
This dip is super simple, very tasty, and can be served with naan, pita, crackers, or even veggies.
12 oz plain Greek yogurt
1 English cucumber, diced with skin*
1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper (I was a bit generous with my measurement)
1 tsp ground cumin
English cucumbers are not waxed, have fewer seeds, and are typically wrapped. It’s always fun when you learn something new while cooking!
