Bridge Mix

No, I’m not talking about the sweet and salty snack eaten during card games (if you don’t know what I’m talking about, ask your grandparents), I’m referring to one of my favorite Pilates exercises, the bridge lift! I incorporate bridges into my Pilates classes to help with core stabilization and balance.
